Content
This is a very intensive, two day massage course, and leads on to our the second course Bridge to Practice, where we train METs, Trigger Points, STR, and some intro Myofascial Release.

When you come on Foundation Skills you can be sure you will learn what you want to know.
How can we say this ? Because we ask everyone what outcome they want at the start of the weekend, and we make sure you get it !

Our small group training, of between 6 and 10 participants enables each course to be geared to the needs of the individual.
If the direction you want to move to in future in sports, we can support you. If you would prefer to direct your talent to training relaxation or more holistic complementary therapies, we can help you grow

But the help doesn’t stop with what you do with your patients. Some participants on previous courses have brought their own medical conditions, such as scoliosis, rheumatoid, hypermobility, DJD. During the course they have learned how to perform massage and look after their own body, bones, joints, and health by working hands free.

No matter whether you have been in practice for 20 years, have just stated studying and want more hands on teaching, you will learn, because Jill stretches everyone to achieve more effective practice, with more body awareness & balance

Our courses are specially designed to make you even better at your hands on treatment, be more confident, and achieve more effective therapy in the clinic

Qualified Physios who have completed this course have gone on to gain work in the Ski Resorts practicing massage
