Academy Shop offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our service department within 24 hours of receipt of goods, at courses@sportsphysioacademy.co.uk for credit or replacement.Where goods require return postage and packing you may be responsible for costs of return
Courses
Deposits and course fees paid via the shop are generally non refundable. All refunds on course fees are at the discretion of the Course Principal.
Fees for places on two or one day courses cancelled less than 15 working days prior to course date will not be refunded.
Fees for places on courses over two days:
Cancellations 84 days or more before course start date, full refund of course fees. Where a deposit includes the cost of a two day Foundation skills course then the full fee of the two day course will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellations less than 83 days, and more than 56 days prior to course, no refund of deposit.
Cancellations less than 55 days and more than 30 days, before course start date no refund of deposit and 50% of balance of total course fees payable due
Cancellations 29 days or less before the course, full fees due.
Course places are not usually transferable.
Course Content
Academy of Sports Therapy & Bodywork reserves the right to with draw or change training material at any time.
Delivery Terms
Service Standard: Subject to availability Massage Table orders will ship the following day if ordered on a weekday before 12 noon GMT. All other orders require two to three business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays & holidays determined by common and other freight carriers
Ordering and Shipping Confirmation: After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from www.sportsphysioacademy.com containing your order details.
Shipping Methods: This site provides a variety of shipping methods, the most appropriate method will be chosen for each delivery. Wherever possible cost of delivery is included in purchase price
Telephone, Mail and Fax Orders: We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. Academy Shop clients may prefer the option of telephone, mail or fax ordering.To help expedite the process, please browse the shop, collect your product codes, and have your credit card ready before placing your call (Applicable after 1/12/2007)
Warranty on Massage Tables
The massage tables we supply have a two year warranty. Normal wear and tear damage is naturally excluded. Purchasers need to ensure that table tops are protected by a cover to prevent damage due to massage oils and creams.Plastic components are not covered by the warranty, and neither is normal wear & tear.
